Screen debut playing Mezzanine Johnson in The Black Network (1936). Last movie was playing Sally in The Last Challenge (1967).

Randolph reprised her role for the CBS Television version of the program, "The Amos And Andy Show" that featured an all-Black cast (1951-1953). Star of The Laytons, a situation comedy on DuMont-TV in 1949. She continued in character roles on television until her death.
