Spoiler : As a child I used to listen to him every noon hour. But was the show called :The Small Types Club", or "The Small Tykes Club"?

Spoiler : I think it was types. I remember it fondly.

Spoiler : Lived in Long Branch , and rushed home from school at noon to listen to Bing. He always ended by telling us to skooooot.

Spoiler : It was called The Small Tykes Show. My sister and I rushed home to listen to Uncle Bing. He had a rich, deep voice just like a kind uncle. We had an hour and a half for lunch in those days...no school buses. Peter and the Wolf with Sterling Holloway was one of my favourites and my introduction to classical music. I saw Fantasia at the theatre about that time and I was hooked on classical. I'm 81 now and just listened to Peter and the Wolf again on Youtube. Now, in late 2023, I think back on those wonderful, innocent days when radio let our imaginations do imagining. I'm also amazed at how much the world has changed in my 81 years. Thank you Uncle Bing
