Edwards, Blake (William Blake McEdwards) Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma 7/26/1922. Married to actress Julie Andrews (1969- current). Edwards began his career as a screenwriter. Writer for radio pro- grams including The Lineup on CBS (1950-1953); Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar on CBS (1949-1955). Writer (sometimes director) for Richard Diamond, Private Detective on NBC-Radio (1949-1953). Creator-producer of The Mickey Rooney Show for NBC-TV (1954-1955). Producer of Peter Gunn on NBC-TV; ABC-TV (1958- 1961); Mr. Lucky on CBS-TV (1959-1960).
