Born in Texas. 1950 picture shows him in his late 30's, at that time LeMond was completing his 14th year in radio. Currently (2005) lives in Bonsall, California. Married to former Brewster Twin, Barbara Brewster (1946-2005 her death). He began his radio career at station KECA-Los Angeles in the middle 1930s. Briefly was an announcer at KYA-San Francisco. then returned to KECA, later KNC. Served in the armed forces during WWII (1942-1945).
