He also worked on Family Theater, Dennis Day, the Railroad Hour, and others. After working as a child actor, he served a sentence at the prison in Chino, California, on drugs charges. He ended up homeless in New York City. His dead body was found by children playing in an abandoned building where it lay. It was unknown who he was so he was buried in a pauper's grave. He has a cenotaph on his father's grave in Oceanside, California.
