Spoiler : Berigan, Bunny (birth name was Ronald Bernard Berigan) Born in Hilbert, Wisconsin 11/2/1908; died 6/2/1942 of an intestinal ailment. Trumpet virtuoso of jazz and swing. Child musician. At age eighteen soloed with Paul Whiteman, then was with the bands of Benny Goodman and Tommy Dorsey. Organized his own band in 1937. On radio in the middle 1930's with Benny Goodman's band, and Berigan was a regular performer on The Saturday Night Swing Club for CBS-Radio (1936-1939). The Bunny Berigan Orchestra provided music for the Tim And Irene Show on Mutual-Radio (1937-1938).
