Born in New York City 8/23/1902; died 9/18/1990 of Parkinson's disease in Washington Depot, Connecticut. Educated at the New York College Of Music, and The Royal Conservatory of Music in Leipzig, Germany. At age seventeen, he was conducting the orchestra at Lowe's Theater in New YOrk. Organist, composer and conductor for radio beginning in 1936.
