Born in New York 2/28/1911; died 11/22/1992 of lung cancer in Woodland Hills, California. O'Donnell began his career as a radio announcer working on New York and Boston stations, later moved to California and signed film contract with Republic Studios, appearing in The Ape (1940). Steve Blackman on the NBC and CBS Radio Network soap, Those We Love. Barney Blake on Barney Blake, Police Reporter for NBC-TV (1948). Melvin Foster (Judy's father) on A Date With Judy for ABC-TV (1951-1953).
