Martin, Ernest H. (Ernest Harold Markowitz) Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 8/28/1919; died 5/7/1995 of liver cancer at his Los Angeles, California home. Writer for I Was There on CBS-Radio (?-1945). Program director for CBS-Hollywood in the late 1940's. When radio was closing it's doors in the late 1940's, Martin became a partner of Cy Feuer producing Broadway plays including Where's Charlie.
