Howard, Fred (birth name was Fred Howard Wright)
Born in San Diego, California 9/30/1896; died 7/2/1990 in Iowa. Educated at the San Diego Junior College and the University of California. Served as a Cavalry officer during WWI. Howard acted on stage, and produced musical comedies. He was a member of the vocal group, The Happy Chappies.
