Oursler, Fulton (Charles Fulton Oursler)
Born in Baltimore, Maryland 1/22/1893; died 5/24/1952 of a heart disease in New York City. Married to Grace Perkins (?-?). Following a public school education, Oursler became a reporter
for the Baltimore American (1910-1912); music and drama critic (1912-1928); writer for magazines (1918); manager and editor for the New York Music Trades (1920-1922); editor for Metropolitan Magazine (1923); editor for Liberty Magazine beginning in 1931.

Storyteller on the radio program sponsored by Liberty Magazine in 1934 called Stories That Should Be Told. Host of People's Reporter on Mutual-Radio (1943-1944). The Greatest Story Ever Told on ABC-Radio (1947-1956), was based on his novel with the same title.
