Served in the Army Air Corp (1941-1945). Producer of (sometimes director) for The Jack Benny Show on the NBC and CBS Radio Networks beginning in the 1930's until 1955; the CBS and NBC Television Networks (1950-1964). Marks was a radio program producer at Foote, Cone and Belding (1946-48), radio/television pro- ducer at Batten, Burton, Durstine and Osborn (1948).
