Born in Buffalo, New York 11/10/1912; died 10/4/1995 at the Los Angeles, Cali- fornia UCLA Medical Center. Educated at the Duke University, Ohio State and University Of Iowa. Began his career as a short story writer, then moved to Hollywood as a writer for radio programs including The Texaco Star Theatre on CBS (1938); Blondie on CBS (1940-?); The Adventures Of Ozzie And Harriet on CBS, NBC and ABC (1944-1954).
