Adams, Julie (birth name was Betty May Adams, aka Julia Adams) Born in Waterloo, Iowa 10/17/1926. Married, and divorced to actors Ray Denton (1954-1981); Leonard Stern (?-?). She was working as a secretary when she made her screen debut using the name Betty Adams (1949-1950), then Julia, and the final change to Julie in 1955. Screen debut playing a starlet in Red, Hot and Blue (1949), then played Polly Medford in The Dalton Gang (1949).
