Spoiler : When a person has been working in Hollywood since 1935 one can only assume that artist has worked on at least on radio program. This was true about Marjorie Lord, who died on November 28 at the age of 97 (although the news of her death wasn't announced until yesterday). She was on the Radio Hall of Fame. This is her only radio credit we could find. If anyone out there in FBland can list any other shows (radio only... no TV, no movies, only radio), we appreciate it. We actually found more on her daughter, Anne Archer, than her mother.

Spoiler : Her career goes back to the 30s, and it's fun to see very young Marjorie in small films. For a time, she was married to John Archer, her romantic interest in "Sherlock Holmes in Washington ". Their daughter is actress Anne Archer. She's also fun in "World of Tomorrow", the promotion film made for the 1939 World's Fair.
