Spoiler : Born in England 3/26/1907; died 1/23/1996 of natural causes at his Beverly Hills, California home. Father of producer Paul Rapp, writer Joel Rapp. Rapp came to America as a teenager with his parents and began his career in vaudeville as a gag writer in the 1920's. Screenwriter as early as 1936 with Strike Me Pink, last movie was Wild and Wonderful (1954). Writer for radio programs including The Eddie Cantor Show on NBC (1931-34?); Good News Of 1938-1940 on NBC; Maxwell House Coffee Time on NBC (1940-44); The Baby Snooks Show on CBS (1944-48); The Bickersons on NBC (1946-1947).
