Spoiler : Malone, Pick (birth name was Andrew Pickens Maloney) Born in Dallas, Texas 6/23/1895; died 1/21/1962. Malone moved with his family to Oklahoma when he was five years old. He attended Oklahoma State Normaol School, and served in the US Army during WWI. While in the Army, he began performing for the troops. After WWI, he performed in vaudeville until 1929 when he met Pat Padgent. Malone became Pick in the comedy team of, Pick And Pat (Padgent). The comedy team appeared on screen in The Hit Parade (1937).

Spoiler : The comedy team were featured on American Minstrels Of 1949 for ABC-TV. In 1952, when black face comedians were becomming extinct, the team retired their act.
