Spoiler : Edwards, Ralph (birth name was Ralph Livingston Edwards) Born in Merino, Colorado 6/13/1913; died 11/16/2004 of natural causes while asleep at his home in West Hollywood, California. Married to Barbara Jean Sheldon (1939-1993 her death). Edwards' moved with his family to Oakland, California when he was 12 years old, at age 16, he began his broadcasting career at station KROW-Oakland, California as a part-time announcer, writing scripts and acting (1929-1935); KSFO-Oakland; KFRC-San Francisco (1935-1936). Graduated from the University of California at Berkley with a BA degree in drama in 1935. In 1936, he left KSFO, moving to New York for a role in a Broadway play. The play had closed when he arrived.

Host of The Horn and Hardat Children's Hour for two years.
