Spoiler : I love Ray Milland. He was one of those actors that always kept me riveted. He never broke character. And he played so many different types. I always measure an actor on their ability to keep me from being distracted. I have a pretty good attention span but because I am such an avid movie fan, I can figure out the plot of almost every movie in the first three minutes. It's the job of the director and actor to sustain the attention of the audience and Milland was a master at that. He was never boring.

Spoiler : Great actor. He always gave an excellent performances. In october i watched The lost weekend. There is no happines, or joy. Very deep story about alcoholism. It can easily destroy your life and your health. It has very good symbolism.

Spoiler : Mr. Milland was a great actor with so many great movies. Just to name some, The Frogs, The Uninvited, Dial M For Murder, The Lost Weekend.

Married to actress Malvina Weber (1932-1986 his death). Attended the King's College. Served with the Household Cavalry of the British Royal Family. British screen debut in The Plaything (1929). Came to America in 1930. Became a citizen in 1939. Hollywood screen debut in The Bachelor Father (1931). Paramount Pictures contract (1932-1952). Academy Award for The Lost Weekend (1946). Last movie was The Sea Serpent (1985).
