Such a beautiful man....and able to portray comic and serious roles to equal perfection. Love all his movies.. My all time favourite actor...watched Bad Day at Blackrock recently and Adams Rib. I love modern movies and their CGI but much prefer the ambling of older films and how they are so beautiful in the simplicity of telling a story.

Made acting look so easy. Told this story before: someone asked him why he always walked with his head down and then started his dialogue: his answer was " the director would arrange where I was to be in a scene...he would place an "X" mark where I was to be. I would walk to that spot, stand there, and then deliver my lines. I would have to look down to find that spot". His role in Inherit the Wind was an Oscar performance.....Fantastic. It was told that all the actors working on other stages would stop to go over to watch Tracy and March go at it....That's respect!!!!!!!!
