When King finally kills the wolverine, he lets the older dog get all the credit! Wolverines were a mean animal known by the Indians as Devils. When King was a little puppy he had tried to be playful with a wolverine and found out how dangerous this animal could be. Luckily for King he had been saved by a very brave sled dog called Speed. Now five years later, Speed had grown very old and was unable to defend his master against a vicious wolverine and King had the chance to repay his old friend Speed. |
