Tim Anderson had come down from the North with a trapper to the village of Stewart's Crossing. As he started into the roadhouse, he heard a familiar voice... It was Buck Cranson, a friend who he hasn't seen for over two years. He begins to tell Buck about his life up north, and what he has been doing. He's the owner of a claim in the Yukon, and he and his partner have really struck it rich! He's planning on heading back to America for a short break to spend a little of his hard earned dollars, but first he's going to stay at Buck's cabin... |
