Vacation time is over for the Great Gildersleeve and his family. The great man is back on his job for the Water Commission. Marjory is fully recovered from her summer romance and Leroy’s sunburned nose has peeled for the third time. It’s Saturday morning now and the Gildersleeve family is just winding up a back to school shopping tour at Hogan Brother’s Department Store. Marjorie and Leroy both have other plans so leave Gildy with all their packages to go back to the parking lot alone. When he gets to his car he is surprised to discover a little baby girl sitting in his car… |
