Harry Von Zell sings one of the commercials to the tune of "Aloette." + As a youth Chester A. Riley was denied many of the things a boy should have. Among them was companionship with his father for Riley’s father was a travelling man and hardly ever at home. But Riley him self has vowed that his 14 year-old son will always have the understanding that will help Junior become a well-rounded man. So Riley is dismayed to think that Peg’s son is not entering the Sopbox Derby. When Riley finds out that Junior is entering suddenly Junior is his son again and Chester is keen to help Junior and offers him his blueprint for a cart. However Junior want s to ignore them and build a race car for himself. |
