| Plot | : | + Program #128. Mutual net origination, Ziv syndication. In a plot stolen from Arthur Conan Doyle, a steam train named "Old 86" disappears along with a shipment of diamonds. A four-car train leaves the terminal on schedule and is never seen again. Its crew however is found in the terminal bound, gagged and unconscious and the engineer is dead. The train carrying a million dollars worth of uncut diamonds was obviously stolen and so clever were the thieves that a few days search of every siding along the route of the train proved fruitless. |
