It all sounds like an adaption of an "I Love A Mystery" script. Lee Ki professor of oriental art at the university has come to Detective Danny Clover with a telegram he has received with only three words; Terror Follows Me and signed Mai Ling. Of course Lee Ki is deeply concerned for his friend and explains to Daniel that Mai Ling has brought Lee Ki a statuette of Kuan Yin the Chinese Goddess of Mercy. It has been smuggled out of China and is worth $100,000. Mai Ling was brining it to the Professor and now she is in danger. |
