Danger Dr. Danfield was a workman-like show which started airing in August 1946. The show was about Dr. Dan Danfield, an obnoxious and unlicensed private eye/criminal psychologist played by Michael Dunne. The story revolved around the actions of Doctor Dan in solving complex crimes, alongside with his complex situation of having a young and pretty secretary, Miss Rusty Fairfax. The show almost did not use any kind of sound effect. An organist does the music in all of the episodes. Danger Dr. Danfield ended in April 13, 1947 with 26 episodes. The series featured Dr Daniel Danfield, a criminal psychologist who launched each episode by dictating the results of the case to Rusty Fairfax, his secretary. The series was transcribed and aired at WMGM-New York (1949-1951); Mutual (1952).
