Plot | : | + NBC syndication. Music fill for local commercial insert. 1. Program #4 "Best Laid Plans." A pair of diamond smugglers plan a big caper. 2. "Scientific Clue." A shortwave newscaster's sister has murdered her father (see cat. #10701). 3. "Zombie." A woman's brother has "thrown himself off a river bank"...his wife's a zombie! 4. "Snap Judgment." A man accuses his partner's wife of killing his business associate, but uses "snap judgment." 5. "Too Early Bird." James Coburn has been killed with a bullet to the head. A bus ride provides the clue. 6. "Fine Art Of Murder." An art dealer admits to killing his brother, but claims self-defense. Program titles are guesses. These five-minute mystery programs were used on stations as fillers. They are full dramatizations complete with sound effects and music. At the end of the program you are invited to identify the culprit and what led you to your conclusion. Then after the musical interlude, where station identification would be, the solution is given. This is a great little show for budding detectives! |
