Ted is pleased with their perfect set-up and he turns the gas on in the apartment before he and Peggy go out of the back door and to a bar for the night. Peggy is really afraid of going back to the apartment at midnight where if all goes to plan they will find Peter dead having supposedly tripped over the gas heater and pulling out the gas tube. Of course what they don’t bank on is Barton Drake whose hobby is mystery! |
