Plot | : | + "Little Chiva". Sponsored by: Camels, Prince Albert tobacco. Diamond travels to Haiti to battle voodoo and a powerful Englishman. "Little Chiva," a black giant, lends a powerful hand. No cast or production credits given. The story is basically the same as, "Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar" of August 4, 1953 (see cat. #16564 and #63000). Abel Gunther travelled from Haiti to New York to seek the help of Richard Diamond. He was gravely ill and his wife was dying at their farm in Haiti. His cattle had all died and his crops had burned in the field. Gunther suspected a fellow farmer named Arthur Cotswold was behind their troubles and was using the native voodoo belief to cover it up. With the help of Gunther’s loyal native servant, Little Cheeve, Richard Diamond solves the case. |
