Rocky Fortune was a 25-minute radio drama series created by George Lefferts, produced by Andrew Love, and directed by Fred Weihe. This 1953 show, which was heard on NBC, was about the lifestory of a private investigator named Rocko Fortunato, or otherwise known as Rocky Fortune. Rocky would accept all forms of jobs, even the odd ones, just to earn more money. He seems to always get into trouble because of his witty remarks. The role of Rocky Fortune was played by Frank Sinatra. The show had approximately 25 episodes when it ended on March 1954.
