The program presents, in a dramatic documentary style, the facts of real unsolved homicide cases, or as we now call them, "Cold Cases." Listeners were offered a reward of $5,000 for clues that led to an arrest and conviction. The program uses a complex method to keep the identity of any possible witness safe.
