Through the centuries the pattern has varied, but one element has always remained; the poor, gullible victim. In this case, it is Mr Mitchell, a respectable Chicago businessman, who is conned by a bunch of criminal professionals, into a horse racing swindle. After he loses everything, he decides to tell his whole story to agents of the FBI, in the hope that they will apprehend the swindlers and bring them to justice! |
