A Christmas story about the FBI tracking down the missing Santa Claus from a city settlement house. The program was previously used on "This Is Your FBI" on December 19, 1947 (see cat. # 80526) and subsequently on December 23, 1949 and December 22, 1950. 10-year-old Eddie from the Murray Street settlement house has gone to the FBI and asks Jim Taylor for his help. He tells him Santa Claus is missing and his name is Mr. Norton. Mr. Norton is an elderly gentleman who works at the settlement and each year he plays Santa Claus to all the kids but yesterday after 30 years working at the settlement he suddenly decided to quit. Eddie made Jim Taylor feel genuinely concerned so he determined to help find Mr. Norton. |
