Since Barnaby died five years ago it has been lying in a bank vault. And now Dolly has announced that she’s throwing a party for old times sake and will be wearing the half a million-dollar necklace. Surety Mutual carry the insurance and Parker is concerned that with all the champagne flowing everything mixed up and crazy the necklace will be a target.
