The program ends with a talk by a person from the Consulate General of the USSR. He introduces himself as Konstantine (last name unintelligible) and says, "Hitler is posing as a 20th century Napoleon, is nothing but a miserable caricature of Napoleon." "Hitler's armies are composed of wild beasts." "The mighty Russian army...(is) ruled by a government of the people, by the people and for the people." Konstantine Oumansky was the U.S. Consul General replaced by Andrei Gromyko in June, 1942. |
