I remember this performance. I was 13 years old, had received a radio for my birthday, in those days, that was a big deal. I was in my bedroom all by myself, and 'The Birds' came on. Scariest story I ever heard. When you say this story will perhaps stay with you a long time, you couldn't be more correct. I still remember how scared I was, and whenever I see a large gathering of birds, I remember the story. In fact to be truthful, I still think about how safe I would be in any particular room if the creatures decided to act up. Ha Ha some story indeed.
