For 23 years he has been looking out of this Ground floor window and it was 6 years ago when he first saw Ruth who was to become a first floor tenant. Danny was born with cerebal palsy which made him a bit different from most people and people thought he was simple but Ruthie looked straight at him and talked to him like she would to anyone.
