Meanwhile Miss Mudd is given a special tour of the facilities by Dr. Carew. Dr Carew is planning a special benefit performance in two months in aid of the polio wing. His wife Angela used to be a famous dancer and she wants to dance again at the event however at 150 pounds she is too fat and needs to lose at least 20 pounds in weight. He assigns Dr Kildare and Dr Gillespie the task of helping her but she has no willpower. However Dr Kildare finally comes up with all the encouragement she needs to get herself in shape again and it has nothing to do with medical practice! |
