Ann Sothern and William Gargan appear in an original "Joe and Ethel Twerp" drama by Damon Runyon. William Gargan tries to ask Baby Snooks a riddle and messes it all up. The world premier of "American Concert March" by Ferde Grofe, commissioned by Meredith Willson, is performed.
