The entire cast does a London drawing room comedy, "The Curse Of The Paddingtons" or "What Made The Tea Cozy?" Lou Holtz tells one of his "Sam Lapidus" stories. The orchestra presents the world premier of "American Song With Words," ("Arabesque") by Vernon Duke. Edward Arnold host this wonderful hour of entertainment including Fanny Brice as Baby Snooks and Hanley Stafford as Daddy. Special guest star actress Fay Wray appears in a dramatic sketch and Connie Boswell opens the show with her beautiful singing accompanied by Meredith Willson and his orchestra. |
