Plot | : | + The German liner "Bremen" has been sunk, presumably by the British. Kaltenborn asks Fred Bate a question he can't possibly answer, possibly because of censorship. A long pause is heard as he tries to reply. There's a new government in Norway, under Major Quisling. There's a naval battle going on off the coast of Norway. Sweden has announced its neutrality. Were the British taken by surprise by the invasion of Norway? In Amsterdam, "There seems to be soldiers marching every half hour." "The law of Europe is the law of the jungle."
