Spoiler : Listening to these old shows and various programs brings me to a state of mind where I am so relaxed that I can barely stay awake, but the fantastic way these stories are played out make me feel as though I am right there in that place and time.. I found the old time radio scene about ten years ago and have been severely hooked ever since. I sit back in my bed and totally embrace each and every show with zest.. For those who are somewhat disabled with bad backs and the like and have a lot of time on their hands, this is a must. I absolutely love this form of entertainment. It makes a person feel alive.
