| Plot | : | + "Saucer Of Loneliness". When a flying saucer is found in New York's Central Park, the woman who receives a message from outer space refuses to say what it is! The script was used previously on "X Minus One" September 5, 1957 and subsequently on "Future Tense" on May 16, 1974. It is June 25th 1962 and the place is a lonely beach in this story by Theodore Sturgen. Jason Benierdees is a 31-year-old newspaper reporter who writes poetry but doesn’t show it to anyone in case they laugh and the things he writes about are very important to him. He is a lonesome person but then that day on the beach his life changed. It happened on the 25th June 1962 down on a lonely beach. Jason Beniadies is a 31 year-old newspaper reporter who was there on that beach where a girl had left her clothes and was disappearing in to the sea. Five years earlier he had covered her story when the girl had been standing in the park when a flying saucer had circled over her head and came down and spoke to her but she could not tell anyone what it had said to her. |
