Just as Cecil was about to drive off, Pete, the man who hired Cecil's car last week walked by and offered him thirty dollars to rent his car a few nights a week. Cecil was afraid the man was a bootlegger and refused the offer but Pete gave him his phone number, just in case he changed his mind. The scene opens later at Cecil's house, Cecil is talking to his aunt. And now..." Closing announcement: "Aunt Bess, why DIDN'T you let Cecil have the thirty dollars?" The body of the show only. |
