Spoiler : Writing credit was given to George Lowthar. Yet, at the end of the show, EG Marshall says that he can personally vouch for the authenticity of the story. He goes on to say that before he was an actor, that he was a writer & that his pen name was Jack Burton. Burton is the same name as the main character in this episode whose profession is that of a writer. Was EG Marshall just commenting on a coincidence in the the names, or is he saying that he wrote the story or is it something else? So far, I can't find anything related to EG Marshall being a writer using the pen name of Jack Burton. By the way, this is one of my many favorites. Love Tony Roberts!

Spoiler : I think he was just doing some leg pulling. As far as I can tell there is a writer named Jack Burton, but he's more modern. I don't think it is our beloved E.G..
