Spoiler : This is better than television! I wish they had a talk radio for kids that would take them away from the television. A type of Kid mystery program that would allow them to participate in the mysteries. Something like the Encyclopedia Brown Mysteries and the like. I think kids of all ages would enjoy it, and parents can be engaged as well getting everyone away from too much television. I know it wouldn’t replace television but I am certain it would get excellent rating and reviews when promoted properly. Anyway, just a thought.

Spoiler : I used to fly the air mail nightly going from Riverton to Worland to Casper to Cheyenne to Denver and back and I would tune in to the strong AM stations to listen. It was great and passed the time between stops. Those were good days.

Spoiler : I am so excited to find episodes of Radio Mystery Theater. When I was little my father introduced me to radio plays, and we used to listen to Radio Mystery Theater together. Unfortunately is ended not long after we found it. So like others who have commented, I am so happy to find them archived here! I have finally gone back and listened to the first episode The Old Ones Are Hard To Kill - and I think it's one of my favorites so far. Maybe that's because right now older people are feeling more than ever that their lives aren't valued. I loved the last few minutes and the speech at the end. Of course Agnes Moorhead is an absolute top-notch actress and she really delivers in this episode!

Spoiler : One of the finest OTR shows ever produced. I especially dig the holiday episodes. Rest in Peace EG.
