The voice advises him to go and see his manager Mrs Evens and ask for the post of assistant manager. It was good advice as he was promoted. Two weeks later he hears the voice again but this time it is telling him not to trust his girlfriend Judith. When Judith writes him a letter breaking up their relationship he wants to go and kill her but the voice warns him not to. The voice has always given him good advice but this time he paid no attention to it... |
