Originally this was a weekday serial with Elliott relaying chapters of classic ghost stories to entranced and excited children who would get the chance to ask questions at the end of the story. In September 1945 it became a weekly show aired first each midday Saturday and then at 4:00pm on Sundays with each story being a 30 minute complete tale. |
