| Plot | : | + "Murder Goes Free". When a man fails in his attempt to buy off a gold-digger, he decides to commit the perfect murder. He actually does succeed, much to his sorrow! Announced as the last show of the series (which it was not), the program in fact left the air until July 14, 1946. + A great tale that keeps you on the edge of your chair right to the last moment - at least it did for me. It's a tale of a father's love for his only son and his willingness to do anything to protect him - even murder. The sound quality leaves a little to be desired, but it's worth putting up with a bit of hiss for the wonderful twist at the end. + A father will go to any lengths to prevent his son from marrying Diana Winters a two-timing gold digger but there is no such thing as a perfect crime and someone must pay the price for murder. Excellent twist at the end of the story. |
